I know I haven't posted in a long time and I am sorry about that. I haven't posted because well nothing seemed to be happening to me. Now I can say that last weekend I went to Georgia for the Americas Mart giftshow. It was a lot of fun but also alot of walking. After hours of going up and down levels of buildings you get tired pretty fast. We found some items for our website but not alot. It was still a fun trip and I got to try my first crepe which is a french dessert that was really good.
Also this weekend I get to go to California with my mom for another show. We will get to see Aunt Kerri and Makenna there which will be a lot of fun. I am pretty excited because this show will have a big cash and carry area which sells some pretty cool stuff. Plus I get to miss almost three days of school. I think it will be great! So I will talk to everyone later when something else comes up in my life but for right now that's all I have to say. Goodbye

Cooking Class

So many of you know that at my school I am taking a cooking class. The only problem with it is that it is only one semester. So for the past couple of classes we have been making ginger bread houses. Mrs. Self my teacher didn't know what we were going to make on our last day so instead of making something our class of twelve is going out for brunch at IHOP. I never realized how easy it is to bond with someone while your baking. It's so weird in such a short time your friends with your whole class. So the only reason I wrote this blog was to show everyone my ginger bread house so here it is. I would have wrote something longer but we are leaving for church. So I will write back to everyone soon enough. Bye

So tonight we are having Alexa and Jonathon over for dinner. Mom and Dad want to talk business with Alexa. So I just want to apalogize to everyone who reads my blog because I don't know how to change my music. Katie normally does that and I didn't really pay attention to how she did it. So until Katie gets home for Christmas your just going to have to get over the music for a little while. Also thank you to Jess Cuthbert for always checking my blog its cool to have a fan. Well I don't know what to say next because nothing is really happening right now in my life. I will definitely have a huge blog after Thanksgiving hopefully with a lot of pictures. So right now I am at the Tour de Pig. For those of you who don't know what that is it is a bicycle race. We have a tent set up to sell from Bicycle Gift Hub. So far we have been her for a couple hours and were doing pretty good. We expect it to get pretty busy around lunch when everyone gets back from their ride to eat lunch. Service Club

Well when we got the packet to sign up for beta club we decided not to do beta club because I had nothing to say Because I haven't done any community hours or anything. So instead of doing Beta Club I decided to do service club which all you have to do is sign up for and do community hours with other people. Well just thought I'd update. Talk to you later.

So the other day I was sitting at home thinking of what I was going to work on that day. When my mom opened a letter and said congratulations you have got a application to be in the Beta Club. The Beta Club is a service club at my school. My first thoughts were oh my gosh I don't want to do it, it will be a lot of work. Well I read the letter and it said I had to write an essay on why I wanted to be in the Beta Club and that I had to get teacher recommendations and I needed to fill out an application. I know its alot of work. The more I thought about it I thought how great it could be to help people who need my help. I also thought it would be great on a college application. One thing that is essential for being in Beta Club is that you have to have good grades. So when I opened up the letter it was a shock for me because I don't have very good grades. then I found out like half of the school was invited. So then I got a little nervous that I wouldn't get in because its a very picky club. So when I find out if I am in or not I will write back to either have good or bad news. Hopefully good. Bye

Sad Days Ahead

I'm sorry I haven't written in a while but now I have something very important to say. I MISS MY FAMILY!!! During the summer I at least had Katie and Kyle but now that their gone its just Mom, Dad and I. I really hope everybody is having fun but I miss everybody and can't wait till I see everyone together again. Katie I really miss having you sleep in the same room with me. Ever since you left I feel very lonely in that room. It really makes me think how important everyone is in my life. I can't wait till I see everyone soon. I'm sorry I haven't posted in a long time but nothing really new has been happening. Although I did just finish the second Harry Potter book and I'm starting the third. They are pretty good. I am also going on a trip on friday to my grandpas for his birthday but then after that I am going on our annual fishing trip its a lot of fun even though I don't touch the fish. They scare me. I'm looking forward to just hanging out with family. Its going to be so much fun and I am even going to bring my harry potter books so I can finish the third book. Well thats all I really got to say for now but I will have loads to say after the trip.

Professional Cake Decorators

Yesterday Makenna, Katie, and I all made different kind of cakes. We all felt very professional when we made them. It made us feel like we were on Ace of Cakes or something. It was very fun but was a time consumer but thats ok because we had nothing else to do. If you read this we would like your input on who's cake is the best (Spongebob). Kirk and Chrissie came to visit just for a little while so we decided to get everyone together so we could let everyone see Elijah. All the Dunkelbergers came over for a party and to celebrate all the July birthdays ( Kelly we even put your name on the cake to honor your birthday ). It was a great party and since a lot of cousins were there we decided to do the famous get in line from oldest to youngest. I can't remember the last time we did this but now we have a new one with the exception of Aunt Kimbra and her kids and Kelly and Jake. Here are some pictures of our PARTY.

Going to the Lake

Most people know that my Aunt Kerri and cousin Makenna have been staying with us. Well my cousins thought it would be fun if we all got together and did something fun. So the other day we all drove up to Smith Mountain Lake. When I say everybody I mean all the Dunkelbergers including Makenna and Aunt Kerri, Kyle and I, and Johny Held and Amanda Conrad. We took three cars up there so that when Makenna and Aunt Kerri wanted to leave they could take a car to drive up to New York. It was a very fun day. Uncle Kirk rented a pontoon boat, a ski boat, and two jet skiis. For the people who wanted to go knee boarding or skiing they could go on the ski boat. The other people who just wanted to swim and relax got on the pontoon boat. Everybody else got on the jet skiis to go for a ride. I thought it was a very exciting trip. While I was on the pontoon boat we stopped it out on the lake so all of us could go swimming. Aunt Kerri said that she saw something but wasn't sure what it was. So all the kids including me were so ready to go swimming we all just jumped in. Around ten minutes later Aunt Kerri says she sees something near Jaden but still isn't sure what it is. So we pull Jaden out of the water. While Jaden is out of the water all of us are still swimming. Jessie gets out and says something brushed against her leg. I did not hear Aunt Kerri say she saw something in the water. I also did not hear Jessie say something rubbed against her leg. I am just swimming and having a good time with other people. So we see the jet skiis are coming near the boat so we all get on the boat. Jessie and I were waiting to get on one. So Kyle gets Jessie and I on the back of the ski with him. As we start to pull away Kyle looks back and sees a snake. We all freak out because its a poisonous snake that we were swimming with. So I tell Kyle alright lets go. He takes us out and one minute later we end up flipping the jet ski over. So were freaking out because we are in the water with a snake.
The next time I went on the jet ski with Kyle I ended up flying off the back because he was doing stupid moves. Although I thought they were stupid moves it was kind of fun falling of. Other then the snake and sun burn it was a great trip. No matter what your doing as long as its with family its going to be great.

I'm still trying to figure this whole thing out. On our vacation we went mini golfining which was a lot of fun even though I lost. In these pictures kelly and I thought we were number one but we were definititely not by the end of the game. FAMILY BONDING TIME.

I am so excited about writing my first blog! I really want to thank Katie for taking me through the steps while we were on Skype. If your wondering I am typing this while Katie and I are talking. (I Love you) Thanks.
Now I want to talk about our family vacation that we just got back from. We went to Branson Missouri for our vacation. We did so many fun things like go on a boat for the day, and go to see a group called SIX they were very good but pretty old. Even though we did all those fun things I would have to say the best part was just sitting around and getting to see the whole family again. I love it when we all get to see each other because it feels like now everyone is getting so old its hard to get everyone together. Its weird that I feel this way especially since I am only fourteen but I am already an aunt. I love being an aunt but it makes you feel older like the next generation is coming and we are all going to be the old people. Its so sad but kind of happy. Oh well what can you do. Getting back to what I was saying I just love everyone so much I can't even express in words or actions how I feel about what a wonderful family we have. I LOVE OUR FAMILY. This is now the end of my first blog and I am so excited I have a blog now so I will be posting often. Love Konni
